Essências Japan is an online store managed by HIKARI CORPORATION CO., LTD, a company dedicated to the marketing of perfumes and cosmetics, based in Saitama-Ken, Saitama-Shi, Urawa Ku, Ryoke 7-7-5 Japan.

By using our services or purchasing on this site, you are automatically agreeing to the conditions of use stipulated herein. Therefore, carefully read the conditions described below. Essences Japan's terms of use comply with consumer laws in force in Japan.

1. About Orders
Orders must be made through the website, using the internet.
The site is available in PC version and also for cell phones/SmartPhone.
Orders can also be made by phone, email, SMS or Fax, according to the customer's needs.

2. About the Order e-mail
After placing an order on the website, an email is automatically sent by the system to inform the customer about the purchase made. The product(s), date and time of delivery stated in the automatic e-mail need to be confirmed by our attendants, which, depending on the circumstances, may change.

Orders that undergo any changes in relation to the automatic email must be confirmed by the customer in order to be sent. The official confirmation of the order will be sent by our attendants during opening hours.

3. Completion of Sale
The sale is considered completed at the time of delivery. However, we may contact you by email or telephone to inquire about the related request.

4. Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been confirmed. After receiving the order confirmation email, it will not be possible to cancel. Orders with incomplete or suspicious data may be canceled without any prior notice.

5. Product Cancellation
After receiving the order, we check the stock before confirming. Even if it is for sale on the website, cancellation may occur due to lack of stock, publication error or product defect.

6. About Prices
Consumption tax is already included in the prices of the products, but they may change without prior notice according to major changes in the dollar or euro quotation in the financial market.

7. About Payment

8. Envelope to Delivery
We allow delivery to the entire Japanese territory, through the carrier Kuroneko Yamato, Correio or Sagawa.

9. About the Delivery Date and Time
The customer can choose the date and time of delivery when completing the order. Orders are shipped right after confirmation, regardless of delivery date.

After shipping, orders are stored in the Takyubin responsible for delivery, awaiting the date and time scheduled for delivery, so after sending the order we do not cancel, exchange or add products.

10. Order Reservation
We do not book orders.

11. Order Cancellation at the Time of Delivery
We do not accept order cancellations at the time of delivery, if the customer rejects the order, he will only be able to place new orders with advance payment, including the payment of round-trip shipping for the previous canceled order.
